My Godfather was the legendary Erroll Garner. This is my favorite recording of his off the "Dreamstreet" album. I use to play this record over and over again in my room when I was a teenager. He was amazing and had a distinctive style that was all his own. His piano arrangements and separation between his left hand and right hand are mind blowing. And his rhythm and dynamics are the best. The counterpoint on the intro of this recording is amazing! And throwing in Mendelssohn's "Wedding March" in the middle for the song "The Lady Is A Tramp" shows he had a sense of humor too! LOL He was truly one of a kind and had a huge influence on many piano players and jazz musicians.
